Bee Force provides exterior cleaning services including driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, bin cleaning, and other exterior pressure washing services. Cleaning results may vary depending on the age, condition, and material of the surface.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Prices may change if the size, condition, or access to the property differs from the original description. Customers will be informed before any additional work is carried out.
4. Access and Utilities
Customers must ensure:
- Safe and clear access to the work area
- Access to water supply where required
- Removal of vehicles, furniture, and obstacles prior to the appointment
Bee Force is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Bee Force reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen operational circumstances.
7. Liability
Bee Force takes reasonable care while carrying out services; however, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to surfaces
- Loose pointing, cracked render, damaged paving, or structural weaknesses
- Issues revealed during the cleaning process due to the prior condition of the surface
8. Health and Safety
Customers must keep children and pets away from the working area during the service for safety reasons.
9. Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will aim to resolve the issue promptly.
